History:

• 1927: Construction of this majestic building, which housed several companies with diverse purposes.
• 1931: ELASTIC SA, specializing in fabric and elastic ribbon production for the textile industry, took over the premises. At its peak, up to 280 employees worked there.
• 1955: The factory expanded to meet growing demand.
• 1976: Following acquisition by the multinational Gold-Zack, the factory closed as Saint-Louis Elastic Processes.
• 1987: SES-STERLING SA acquired the premises to manufacture cable identification systems until its relocation to the Hésingue site in 2021.
